What we collect

When you submit an RFQ, Requisition collects your requirements, any optional details you provide, your name, email address, and company. Please do not submit classified information, ITAR-controlled technical data, CUI, export-controlled drawings, or other restricted information.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, clarify requirements, prepare a quote, and contact you about your project. We may share necessary project details with prospective manufacturing partners to prepare a quote, following an appropriate review. We do not sell your personal information or use your submission for AI requirement extraction.

Storage and service providers

Our hosting and database providers process submitted information to operate Requisition. Our email provider processes the contact information and limited reference details needed to deliver notifications. Technical requirements are not included in notification emails. Access to submitted RFQs is restricted to authorized administrators.

Cookies and security

The public RFQ form does not require an account or use analytics cookies. Administrator sign-in uses essential session cookies. For abuse prevention, we briefly store a keyed, rotating hash of your network address. Infrastructure providers may maintain operational and security logs.

Retention and your choices

We retain RFQs as needed to respond to your request, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Backups may retain copies for their normal retention period.
